Armando Montelongo Update

A couple weeks ago I posted a blog about Armando Montelongo suing his own brother and sister-in-law. Since then I have received several emails from folks who wanted more information concerning Mr. Montelongo. I am unsure why they are asking me, since the internet is loaded with stuff about him.

Aside from suing his family, there are literally dozens upon dozens of sites that talk about Mr. Montelongo. Unfortunately, except for sites created by or for him, most of the postings are complaints - so many complaints, in fact, that there is no way I can even condense them into a blog post.

Here is an accurate review of Armando Montelongo. If you need more detailed info, or want to spend time reading complaints, just go to www.google.com and type in ARMANDO MONTELONGO SCAM. You will find enough information to keep you busy all night.

Be forewarned, however - almost all the "infomercial gurus" are far less than what they try to make you believe. Every one of them offers a low-cost "come-on" which is designed to upsell you to much more expensive add-ons, like phony mentoring. Carlton Sheets may have been the first to use this ploy, but this new group of gurus has put Carlton to shame when it comes to draining bank accounts.

So this is where I toot my own horn a bit. As an actual investor, I created "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate", and offer it through IntelliBiz on a not-for-profit basis. It is the ONLY real estate investing course that...

1) Has only a one-time, very low cost, with NO add-ons or upsells
2) Provides FREE coaching
3) Uses actual, real investors who volunteer their service as coaches (the other "gurus" use phone operators)
4) Has maintained an A+ rating at the Better Business Bureau for over 20 years

No, I am not modest - I offer the best, at a very affordable price and I am proud to say so.

But don't take my word for it - check with the BBB, or read the CERTIFIED unpaid testimonials at www.intellibiz.com.

Thanks for coming by.

Armando Montelongo Sues His Brother

Armando Montelongo, former star of A&E's "Flip This House" is suing his brother, David, and his brother's wife,  Melinda, for trademark infringement, damage to business reputation, unfair competition and unjust enrichment, claiming that David & Melinda are operating a real estate training program that is much too similar to his own.

Armando and David had been partners on the hit A&E show, but parted company in a nasty televised exchange in front of 1.2 million viewers that resulted in David walking off the show.

The federal lawsuit was filed in San Antonio, Texas on July 6, 2012.

Since leaving the TV show, Armando has gone on to offer a real estate training course, complete with what he deems to be "coaching" and a "bus tour". the entire cost for Montelongo's "help" can run into the tens of thousands of dollars - the seminar, itself, costs $1500, while the bus tour with coaching runs a whopping $25,000. Considering the most effective real estate investing course available only costs less than $50 and includes free, lifetime coaching (it is run as a non-profit), it would seem Montelongo's offering is a bit pricey.

Armando says he and his brother are on "good terms", but David says they have not spoken since he left the show.

News For "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate"

I almost feel like I have been negligent because I have not posted a huge change to "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate".  As you probably already know, this real estate investing course, which is the most comprehensive and complete of all the courses, has sold for $169 for over 20 yearrs, and that price included free coaching for life, making it a tremendous bargain.

But back in January of this year, we decided to try something new. Being a non-profit, it is only necessary to charge a price that covers the actual costs. And we got to thinking that perhaps we could drastically reduce the price and still cover costs because more people would order the program. In other words, all we had to do was triple the number of new students and we could cut the price by 2/3.

So in January we began the test of offering "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate" at under $50 complete. And, yes, that still includes free coaching. And I am very pleased to report that sales have, indeed, tripled, which provides enough income to cover the costs.

This is in stark contrast to the cost of other programs offered by the likes of Armando Montelongo , who charges many thousands for a course that is nowhere near as comprehensive.

So here is the point: since many of you already own "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate", the new, low price may not have any impact on you, personally. But you may want to bring it to the attention of friends and family, so they may also begin building a richer, fuller future.

Armando Montelongo Review

A few years ago the television program "Flip This House" featured Armando Montelongo as its host. Armando no longer hosts that show, but has gone off to produce his own real estate investing training course that tries to compete with "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate", by IntelliBiz and famed investor Bill Vaughn.

Armando is now one of many "infomercial real estate gurus" offering to teach folks how to invest and make money in real estate. Unfortunately, the cost is not only quite high, but the viability of what most of them offer leaves a lot to be desired - their actual success rate is minimal at best.

IntelliBiz has put a ton of research into reviewing the major real estate gurus, including Armando Montelongo among many others. It is our intention to assist people seeking help in real estate that they would find value in the reviews. The reviews are objective, and based on information garnered from legitimate sources such as the Better Business Bureau and state Attorney General, so you will find them to be accurate. And of all the gurus reviewed, only two offer a program that is worthwhile.

Forget the infomercial promises - real estate investing is NOT a "get-rich-quick" scheme, but it WILL make you rich if you have the right guidance. REAL wealth takes a little time and effort. If you have a tough time getting off the couch, save your money because no one can help.

Without quality mentoring by a true professional investor, it is unlikely you will ever get your investing career off the ground unless you already have some experience. There are just too many variables in this business, which makes it impossible for any program to be a "stand-alone" career guide. Most infomercial gurus, charge from $2,000 - $45,000 for coaching, and their coaches are not investors. Armando Montelongo  is no different. Again, with "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate" the mentoring is always free, easy to use and the mentors are practicing investors, not telephone operators or "couch investors". Your mentor will be there every step of the way, holding your hand, so to speak.

If you are seeking an accurate 6 point review of Armando Montelongo, you can find it here. Or, if you are looking for the same quality of review on any of the other major real estate investing gurus, you can find them at our review page here.

If, however, you simply wish to eliminate all the muss and fuss and go straight to info on the best real estate investing program available, and the most affordable (it includes FREE coaching), then simply visit "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate" by IntelliBiz.

NOTE: Real Estate investing is not for everyone. Success in this field, as with any other, requires effort, and can be frustrating at times, and can take an emotional toll. But the rewards are wealth, the freedom that wealth brings and a 4 hour work-week, for starters...

Need Real Estate Coaching? Get It Free

There are two primary needs for a person to be able to successfully invest in real estate. And no, it is not "cash" and "credit", as neither of those is required. Really. It is practical know-how, and a good, quality real estate coach.

If you have researched real estate coaching, you have probably discovered a couple of important things:

1) Coaching is usually VERY expensive, running from $2,000-$45,000, and
2) Most "coaching" by other real estate gurus is done by scripted phone operators, not investors

"The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate" is different, on both counts. When you order their (very) low cost real estate investing course (under $100 because it's non-profit), you automatically gain access to FREE coaching with an actual real estate investor. It is the only course of its kind, anywhere.

IntelliBiz makes such an offer because it can - they operate as a non-profit, so the only cost is the actual cost to produce, market and ship the course. And they have partnered with a group of Christian real estate investors who volunteer their services as coaches as a way of "giving something back", a requirement of their faith.

The end result is a complete, detailed real estate investing course that includes free coaching for as long as you need it.

For more information, check it out. It costs nothing to look, and could potentially change your life for the better.

Real Estate Investing Made Easy

We all know what has happened to the real estate market in the last few years. But what many do not realize is while it is certainly bad news for Joe Homeowner, it can be a goldmine for the investor.

Real Estate Investing is not as complicated nor as difficult as most people believe, and learning the methods takes very little time as long as you have a good "guide", also known as a mentor or coach. But for many, that is the rub - almost every real estate "guru" out there charges thousands of dollars for mentoring - and their mentors usually are nothing more than scripted telephone operators.

I say "almost" because there is one "guru" that provides free coaching. That's right - FREE! Investing in real estate is easy when you a) know the methods, and b) have a qualified, professional investor as a coach. And IntelliBiz teaches you all 22 methods, and the mentoring is always free.

If you ever thought of learning safe, easy methods of real estate investing, why not take a look at what IntelliBiz offers?
